We request that you return goods to Avantek at your own expense unless it is our error. We recommend you use recorded delivery and that you keep proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please ensure that adequate carriage insurance is in place for the value of the goods.
Please tell us within 24 hours if a product arrives damaged. We cannot process claims for damaged goods with our couriers outside this period.

Avantek will give you a full refund for any approved items that you return within 10 days of delivery.
30–Day Product Money Back Guarantee
Avantek will refund the product costs (less delivery charges) for another 20 days, giving you a 30–day product refund.
Please note that any items not prepaid and not returned within 30 days must be paid for.
