We have a team of engineers dedicated to technical support and repairs. This includes diagnostic and hands-on repairs of a large range of brands including our own Avantek systems, HP, Lenovo and Apple.

Our Support Team is one of the most experienced in the industry and provides expert technical advice and repairs including assistance on assistive technology. We can usually arrange next day deliveries on parts, allowing the majority of our repairs to be returned to our customers within 5 working days.

In the instance that we do need to collect your machine to carry out a repair; we will send you a text to let you know it’s been received into our workshop. Our technicians will keep you up to date with any important activity or major changes with regards to your repair.
