Installation & Training Appointments


Delivery & Installation

We want to provide you with the best possible service, that is why when we arrange to send an engineer to you, we offer a specific day and time for your delivery and installation appointment.

We aim to work around your schedule, so if there is a day that is best for you, let us know and we will try our hardest to arrange this for you.

Please note that if you are not available to keep the agreed appointment and do not provide us with at least 2 working days’ notice, a charge of £85.00 +VAT will be payable for a renewed session which will need to be paid for by you.

 

Saturday Deliveries

If you are having a courier delivery only, for an additional sum you can have your items delivered direct to your door and the courier will text you to tell you what time the delivery will be made.

Training Sessions

Training on a one-to-one basis allows learners to be trained on their own computer, at their own pace. Our trainers will tailor sessions to suit individual needs, ensuring that they are structured and offer as much hands-on practice as possible.

To help you can make the most out of your assistive software, we always try to book your available training sessions in as soon as possible; this can be done by your engineer during your installation appointment.

If you are not available to keep the agreed appointment and do not provide us with at least 1 working days’ notice, the session will be chargeable and you will lose it as we would be unable to reallocate the trainer at such short notice.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or change your installation or training appointment, you must provide us with notice prior to your session; please be aware that our offices are closed over the weekend and any cancellation will not be picked up until Monday morning (exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis).

In order to cancel your session you will need to contact Avantek Computer direct on 0330 300 3000 or send an e-mail to admin@avantek.co.uk.

Charges may apply for missed appointments so please check all correspondence you have received from us as you should have been sent a copy of our cancellation policy.
