We have an agreement with HM Customs and Excise regarding VAT Exemption (Zero rating). Basically, if you have a recognised "disability", we can ship *some* computer systems and software without charging you VAT. If you are an institution purchasing systems you may also be able to send us a zero rating form, please contact sales. Please note that we are assured by our local VAT office that it doesn't matter who pays for the equipment; it is the recipient who is eligible for VAT exemption. |
